Our Trading Terms and Conditions
1. At Tricutis we aim to do our best for you, and will try and get to you the way you like it . if you have any problem please contact us . we will do our best to sort it out ...
2. All prices on the website include German VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. We can only process orders over 10 Euro because of bank charges - sorry! Any order not meeting this need will not be completed until we have contacted you. Please make sure you input your correct details.
4. We will attempt to dispatch your goods on the following day that we receive your order, if placed before noon Monday to Thursday. Please note that we work without having big stocks, we produce many items fresh regularly. To your advantage because of freshness. Please allow 3 additional workdays if a new batch has to be produced. If there is going to be a further delay we will contact you by either phone or email.
5.. Refunds will be given to customers who contact us, in writing, by post or phone , within 8 days of receiving their goods.The postal rule applies. Refunds will be given as long as;
i) We receive the returned goods at the address given above.
ii) The goods have not been used or opened. They must be in a saleable condition. Weights will be checked in appropriate cases. Goods are double checked before despatch and therefore double checked on return.
Please also note that;
i) Refunds will be issued on the day of receiving and checking of returned goods.
ii) That you are responsible for both the postage and the goods when returning items to us. We can not be held responsible for any damages or losses made by the Mail and therefore cannot refund any items we do not receive. In the case of losses made by the Mail company when returning items to us it will be up to the customer to make a claim against the Mail company.
